Facebook can store your identity information for around one year to improve their systems that automatically detect fake IDs. If you do not want Facebook to store these details, you can adjust your Identity verification settingsand Facebook will delete your ID within 30 days of submission.

  • IN Delete browsing history alternative, chin Cookies and other website data and Cached images and files.
  • You can also clear your browsing history if you wish.

Verify your identity

Another method you can try is to verify yourself. By following the steps mentioned below, you will receive a verification code or link that will help you unlock your Facebook account without ID proof.

  • Open and click on Forgot your password?
  • Enter yours E-mail address or Mobile number to search your account.
  • You will find the account linked to the given email address or mobile number on the next screen. Select your account.
  • After selecting your account, provide other requested details like Email id, Telephone numberor both.
  • When you’re done, you’ll receive one Confirmation code or Confirmation link on yours Mobile number or E-mail address.
  • Click the link to confirm your identity, or Enter the verification code on the next page in the space provided.
