Women’s changing duvet cover makes bed in seconds
One of the most time-consuming household chores is bed stripping. Sinking into fresh sheets is a blissful experience, but the effort required to get there can fill us with dread as grabbing the duvet cover and bottom sheet can be a chore.
Luckily, a cleaning expert has revealed a step-by-step lesson that will take the hassle out of changing your sheets and make it enjoyable.
Brooke Mason, who uses the TikTok account @brookelmason, posted her hack on the platform and it shocked people. “Here’s a slower step-by-step quilt cover hack tutorial,” the title says.
She was responding to a comment on another of her videos showing off her newly made sheets, as many people had asked for a more in-depth explanation.
“I need a step-by-step. I fight hard with my quilt every time, said one reader.
Brooke’s teaching answered the prayers of many people.
First she instructed you to turn the duvet cover inside out and lay it on the bed with the buttons towards the bottom of the bed.
“Then place the duvet cover on top of it and tie all four corners. And if your quilt doesn’t have ties, that’s okay. It should still work the same way,” she added.

After that you can see that the quilt starts to unravel and seems more “made”.
She then shakes it out to even it out before rolling the top over to make it look like a hotel bed.
It was “easier than crawling in every time,” according to Brooke.
People in the comments were relieved that Brooke had taken the time to explain how to perform this procedure step by step, as it seems complex at first glance.
“This is the best explanation of how to do this!” noted one user.
