The popular game developers are having a tough week. They are facing huge criticism due to the recent activities and events happening in their society. According to popular responses from fans, there are three major issues of high alert regarding Rockstar Games.
The first is the criticism for shorter taxi cooldown only with GTA+. The second is the decision to re-release the GTA Definitive trilogy without patching any of the bugs. And finally, major problems faced by the players in GTA online space where modders are ruining the game.
Rockstar, sort it out. What an embarrassing week
– Shorter taxi cooldown only with GTA+
– Audacity will re-release the GTA Trilogy on Steam with no fixes or communication on future patches.
– Huge exploit with GTA Online, which allows modders to destroy user progress pic.twitter.com/4oyH7uw0RL— Ben (@videotech_) 20 January 2023
The new Taxi feature they brought into the game was really disappointing for the fans. Especially because a fast travel option was previously so limited and there were high demands for it for years. And now that it finally arrived, it is timed and limited to GTA +.
The Definitive Edition, notorious for widespread bugs, was re-released on Steam at a huge discount. But according to reports, they are still filled with bugs and Rockstar has done nothing to fix it.
DIVE DEEPER

GTA Online is an amazing place. But now PC gamers were just bullied by modders. Reports suggest that exploits are causing permanent damage to players’ accounts. They can destroy a player’s rating, destroy in-game features, and even crash your game if they feel like it.
No official statement from Rockstar is yet out to address all these troubling issues. This has also upset the fans.
The fans are annoyed with the way Rockstar is handling the problems in GTA
The fans are just pissed off at this point because of all this happening in the Rockstar circle. The community debates the decline of culture in the studio and was seen voicing its concerns.
There are also so many accounts being hacked, My 10+ yo Social Club account was hacked and it took 1 month for R* Support to resolve this issue. Their support services are terrible and filled with hackers and scammers. Even Twitter R* support full of scammers and bots.

I only log in online to zone out and drive cars and stuff and I can’t even do that anymore as I can get my R* account banned just to log in now
Wtf?
(also to be fair you can already crash and kick beforehand. The new R* exploit gives modders deeper access.
