A mother has shared an energy-saving laundry service that cuts costs and eliminates ironing.
Liffie Fowler, from Warwickshire, has found a way to dry clothes more efficiently on a clothesline by using hangers to hang things that take up less space.
Keen to cut household energy bills amid the cost-of-living crisis, she ditched the tumble dryer.
The mother shared a video on TikTok @mumatnumber23 for others struggling to dry their clothes in the winter months without racking up huge bills.

In the video, Liffie can be seen hanging up wet clothes on the clothes horse with hangers.
In the clip, which received over 390,000 views, she said: ‘My partner thought of a laundry and had to share it with you all.
“If you’re like us, you need to dry more clothes in a short amount of time, but you need to rely on an air conditioner, then you need to try this.
“All clothes that are put in drawers, just hang on the airer as normal and all clothes that are hung up, attach it to hangers and hang it on the airer.

“This saves so much space, and the hanger can be placed directly in the wardrobe when it is dry.”
She captioned the video: “This laundromat has been an absolute game changer and we will continue to do so.
“No more folding 101 items of clothing (unless they are in drawers) Plus with hanging it up, I find that the clothes also have minimal wrinkles! This hack has definitely become a fixture in our house.’
