Kirin is a four-legged mechanical monstrosity that can move in any direction around Yami in the boss fight. Yami can attack Kirin a few times before the earth splits in the middle of the map. People can avoid getting hit by the Kirin since there are no medikits to be found to replenish health while fighting the Kirin.
2/10 Use Block sparingly
Yami must kill various types of machines to complete the game. These machines can take a few hits from the sword to be wiped out. Players can parry attacks from a handful of enemies to avoid taking damage. Although blocking attacks is a viable option in the game, there are many monsters in the game that unleash attacks that cannot be blocked.
Enemies such as the red spider found in the game are difficult to defeat. These creatures have attacks that can flatten Yami, despite using the block or parry button. Attacking enemies directly is better than defending Yami against incoming attacks Blind Fate: Edo No Yami.
1/10 Solve puzzles by rearranging objects
The hack and slash game provides multiple instances of solving puzzles using objects around the map. Yami can interact with various objects placed around the map to access new locations between battle machines.
