The All-Star guard has missed Memphis’ last two games after appearing to brandish a gun in an Instagram Live video. The Grizzlies lost games with the Clippers and Lakers, falling to third in the Western Conference standings behind the Kings.

Is Ja Morant playing tonight against the Warriors?

Morant is listed as out on the Grizzlies’ official injury report. The team announced on Wednesday that Morant would continue to stay away from the team for at least the next four games.

On Tuesday, Memphis coach Taylor Jenkins told reporters that setting a timetable for Morant’s return would be “disrespectful.”

“It’s a healing process, so if everyone expects something to change overnight, we have to [do] due diligence and [be] respect for that,” Jenkins said. “We’re talking about Ja being in a better place both personally and professionally.”

The NBA is currently investigating the incident, which took place in Glendale, Colo. It is unclear whether Morant will be suspended.

Through 53 games this season, Morant is averaging 27.1 points, 8.2 assists and 6.0 rebounds while shooting 46.3 percent from the field.
