Copado launches marketplace for enterprise DevOps solutions

Copado Inc., a low-code provider of DevOps solutions for Salesforce, today announced the launch of DevOps Exchange, a marketplace for pre-built software-as-a-service solutions that extends the company’s platform for continuous software integration and delivery.
As software development and operations teams face more complex workflows and tasks, and the need to ship features faster than ever, automated solutions for continuous development, testing and deployment have become the norm. DevOps is a set of practices and tools that combine development and operations to shorten the lifecycle from development to deployment to get features to market as quickly as possible.
As a result, many companies are looking for ways to consolidate the tools that allow them to run their DevOps activities, and Copado offers that with pre-built solutions in its recently launched Exchange marketplace.
“Just as the AppExchange became the leading marketplace for Salesforce apps, Copado is advancing the DevOps market for enterprise SaaS by providing an extensible platform supported by solutions from our partners and community members,” said David Brooks, senior vice president of product strategy at Copado.
Launching with more than 40 initial listings, the DevOps Exchange will allow enterprise users to benefit from a global network of pre-built self-service solutions deployed by organizations to solve real-world challenges. The apps on the market are built by highly skilled DevOps experts who represent a variety of integrations, data templates and add-ons that extend Copado’s platform designed to give organizations an edge in addressing their specific needs.
“With the solutions found in the DevOps Exchange, development teams can deliver continuous innovation with speed and quality for even the most complex enterprise IT environments where an end-to-end business process spans multiple clouds,” said Brooks. “DevOps Exchange can unlock an organization’s potential to automate everything in the software delivery lifecycle.”
Solutions on the DevOps Exchange were developed by a large number of expert sources, including community members, Copado partners, and internal developers at Copado Labs that extend the company’s platform.
Examples include the Copado Monitoring Center, which notifies customers when unauthorized metadata changes occur. Partner solutions include a free Marketing Cloud in Salesforce implementation template from Accenture and an offering from DigitSec that runs automated security scans during the software delivery process.
