Fintech Adds Former Walmart and American Express CEO Janey Whiteside to board amid a strong funding round designed to accelerate Banyan’s technology and two-sided network
NEW YORK, 20 October 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Banyan, the leading SKU data network, announced today that it has raised a 43 million dollars Series A round led by Fin Capital and M13. The investment will accelerate Banyan’s technology and infrastructure growth for the benefit of merchants, hotels, banks and fintechs. The Banyan network enables retail and financial institution participants to leverage enriched data capabilities at the item level to revitalize the shopping experience and loyalty space, improve consumer engagement and financial health, and streamline business spend management.

The Serie A round in total USD 43 millionconsisting of 28 million dollars in equity and 15 million dollars in risky debt; total money raised to date is at 53 million dollars.
